Lian Beng subsidiary secures S$107.5m construction contract
CEL Newton has awarded United Tec Construction a S$107.5 million contract to construct a condominium at Kampong Java Road.
United Tec Construction, a subsidiary of Lian Beng, will construct two 23-Storey residential towers.
The Newton condo will have a total of 378 apartments.
